Toyota Car history
Initially, the name of the owner family was Toyoda. In Japan, Toyoda written ten strokes of the brush, ten being an unlucky number name was deliberately changed to Toyota which is written in eight strokes. Toyota was first a textile factory. It was converted to weapons during the war, then focused on its automotive business. The city is located where the headquarters of the group was also renamed Toyota City in honor of the company.
